Pool House
The pool house was designed with a modern style that complements the architecture of the main house. It features clean lines, an open layout, and a grand sliding door that provides plenty of natural light and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The roof of the pool house is flat, and the exterior walls are made of high-quality materials that are durable and can withstand the California climate.
Pool houses are a service in their own right at Nova — see what we build beside the water.

Let’s build an ADU.
Send us your address and a rough idea of the ADU you want. We’ll come back with what your lot allows, what it is likely to cost, and how long it takes.
